The tradeyourgames refer a friend scheme is now live and up and running!

We want you to tell your friends about us and spread the word about tradeyourgames. In return, we will reward both you and your friends in cash if they decide to sell their games to us. Some questions we think you may have -

What do I get out of telling my friends?

If you use our scheme to tell your friends (which you can do through facebook, twitter, email or however you wish to do so) – we will pay you 5% of the total amount of order values that your friends send in to us. This is a thank you for introducing them to tradeyourgames. You will receive this 5% only when your friends have sent in the games to us and also only when they click on your unique referral link or your post on facebook/twitter that we help you create.

Your tradeyourgames account will be credited with the amount once we have received their orders and we will notify you by email when this has been done. You can choose to use this to buy items on the site or simply request payment to you by cheque or bank transfer. You can tell as many friends as you wish (facebook post with the link is a quick and easy way of telling them) and we will track all these transactions for you and make payment when they send in their games.

What do my friends get out of it?

Other than the fact that they get to find out about us, and we pay them cash for their games and consoles – we will offer them 5% extra cash on the amounts quoted on the site for their first order when they send in their games to us. Everyone is a winner.

You can pass on your referral link to as many friends as you wish. Please refrain from spamming them as they may decide they dont want to be your friends after that!

You will be asked to provide your email address so we can track the order, and will then be provided with your referral links to give to your friends so that they get 5% extra when they use us and you get 5%. You will also be emailed your referral link (keep this safe for further recommendations to friends!) and also be given the chance to recommend to your friends with one click by facebook, twitter or an email. We will even help  you write the email but it might make sense to personalise the message.
